Christ Church and Cemetery at Patience Lake, Saskatchewan.
I was on my way to Saskatoon when I caught sight of this little Anglican church at the intersection of two highways just east of the city.
It's been around for a good long time.
A peek through the north-side windows...
...reveals a layer of holy dust on the pews.
The windows on the southern side are covered to protect the interior from the sun.
Photographed on October 8, 2021.
This is a great little church.
ReplyDeleteYes it is. (That's a busy highway intersection.)
DeleteLovely little church! And the holy dust - now THAT explains what's going on in my house....finally!!!!
ReplyDeleteIt's either "angel dust" or "holy dust." Take your pick.
