I thought I'd missed the pink fields this year but as it happened they bloomed a little later than usual.
I believe this is a species of vetch.

Very pretty! I had to 'do a google' to see what vetch is used for because I wondered if it was a weed. Not so!
Some farmers bale it while it's blooming (before it sets seed) for cattle feed.
