Trondhjem Lutheran Church was built by Norwegian settlers (via the U.S.A) in central Alberta.
The church you see here was originally built a few miles northeast of Round Hill in 1929. There it remained until 1954 when it was moved to the outskirts of town.
A simple plywood sign bearing the name.
The cemetery is just down the road.

Beautiful church against that wonderful prairie sky. Wish we had some of that blue here!
ReplyDeleteThank you MA. We definitely get our share of dull days here as well but a bright sunny day like this makes up for it.
