Japanese Lilac Tree

Probably the most beautiful Japanese lilac tree I've seen anywhere.  Very showy and the fragrant blooms are intoxicating.  A perennial favourite.

    I've seen those trees but didn't know their name and didn't know they have such a pretty scent. I always see them in gardens and I don't suppose the home owners would appreciate me trespassing to get closer.
