A very common bird from my prairie childhood. Always loved them!
They're a part of my childhood as well. They make a wonderful noise.
Living in town we don't see them as often but there's a place we often pass by where they always nest so it's always a sign of spring when they return there.
Looking forward to their arrival this coming spring.
